How to setup MegaDroid to trade more frequently and double the profit!
I’ve expressed my happiness with MegaDroid EA a couple of times already… But as this IS profitable forex robot EA, it sometimes MegaDroid does not trade every day, and for many users this is hard to watch and wait… They scream madly over forums: “My MegaDroid is not trading every day!”.
Recently I came across Benjami R. Cook’s Advanced Droid Tactics e-book (ADT) on how to get more pips out of MegaDroid by driving MegaDroid to the next level.
ADT includes a lot of settings, two new strategies and A LOT of back/forward testing that confirms Benjamin’s findings and validity of two strategies he is proposing. He also has a member’s area for all customers of his e-book, where he shares some custom coded MetaTrader indicators, that he developed for MegaDroid users. I feel that wealth and value of this information is way higher than $40 he is charging for it, so I recommend it.
Why? If you have a $500 forex account with megadroid EA trading it, and you use only 10% risk, then in a good week MegaDroid can earn you ~$50 … But, in a low profile week you can only see $5 … But in my last week since I am testing ADT, number of trades was up from 4 to 12, and 11 of these were profitable. So i nearly doubled my MegaDroid’s average week income. That paid for ADT in first 4 days!
Since MegaDroid is simple, I will not lie to you – ADT is something you can do yourself with trying & tweaking MegaDroid EA settings and being creative… But that takes time… And a lot of testing. And results differ between forex brokers… Out of respect for author I will not go into details on how to do it, so please don’t even ask. As time is money, for me ADT brought a lot of value + Benjamin is keeping me as his customer updated with his latest findings and is improving his strategies… Since Benjamin is one man band, he also does customer support for his customers, and yet he is very responsive. But this is also the reason he is keeping number of customers limited so he can manage it… ADT was closed for last few days, but now it is open again, and Benjamin revisited his guide and settings in guide v4.1!
If you spent $100 on MegaDroid, then do yourself a favor and spend these $40 for ADT. I promise that you will be glad you did! And be sure to leave a comment below, what you thought of it. You can get ADT here (thru my affil link), or without it directly here.

I don't understand how the settings can be tweaked when there aren't hardly any to tweak. Megadroid has the least settings of any robot I've seen unless your tweaking the actual code.
Am I missing something?
You are correct in your observations… but your assumption is wrong. There is a nice clean way to make MD trade more frequently, and it has nothing to do with tweaking the actual code.
I have the same comment as MrGice. I only saw some settings you suggested in the EA Input tab but not all. How do I configure to exactly as what you suggested? I saw no trades done by MD after two days of running it under demo account using IBFX. It keeps recalculating, reviewing, analyzing, accessing, determining but nothing happens besides that.
There is only one setting to tweak, and that's the time it's running. I strongly suspect, but do not know for a fact, ADT involves running MD earlier in the day, perhaps as early as the London close. In fact, what you're looking for with megadroid strategy is a calm, non-directional market. Often you have that earlier in the day.
I don't have a copy of ADT, and can't get one since the author is no longer selling. All I can say is that I was using tactics like this with fapturbo after it got bogged down with too many users. That somebody would package something obvious like this that I've been talking about on message boards (e.g., donnaforex) for many months is shameful.
why would anyone want to use the AD since the current charts on the link show it loses while the default settings gain?
